All sales are final. 

The majority of our collection is vintage, limited, and second-hand. We believe that any imperfection, including wear, stains, fading, and repairs add to the uniqueness of each piece. If you believe we have misrepresented an item, please use our contact form. 

Please note, once a package has been packed & shipped, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in transit. All domestic & international shipping fees, taxes & duties are non-refundable by Mahshu.
